Official language of the Congress is Romanian and English.
CALL FOR PAPERS AND DEADLINES
The authors are kindly invited to submit their papers for the Congress, according to the following deadlines:
- 24 February 2025 – preliminary registration and abstract submission
- 3 March 2025 – notification of abstract acceptance
- 7 April 2025 – full paper submission (up to 6 pages, including figures and tables)
- 21 April 2025 – notification of paper acceptance
- 25 April 2025 – congress fee payment deadline for authors
- 5 May 2025 – final announcement and program
Abstracts should be prepared in English, no more than 300 words. Each author cannot send more than two abstracts, only with the payment of other registration fee. All accepted abstracts will be published in a volume. Papers can be accepted for oral or poster presentation. All papers will be published in electronic format.
The most representative papers will be published into the Mining Revue and the Annals of University of Petrosani, which are in course of evaluation for being introduced into ISI Thomson database.
