Official language of the Congress is Romanian and English.
CALL FOR PAPERS AND DEADLINES
The authors are kindly invited to submit their papers for the Congress, according to the following deadlines:
April 20, 2025– extended to June 10, 2025 preliminary registration and abstract submissionApril 30, 2025– extended to June 15, 2025 notification of abstract acceptanceMay 31, 2025– extended to June 30, 2025 full paper submission (minimum 6 pages, including figures and tables)- July 30, 2025 – notification of paper acceptance
- September 15, 2025 – congress fee payment deadline for authors
- September 25, 2025 – final announcement and program
Abstracts should be prepared in English, no more than 300 words. Each author cannot send more than two abstracts, only with the payment of other registration fee. Papers can be accepted for oral or poster presentation. All papers will be published in the volume proceedings of the Congress.
PUBLICATIONThe section secretaries and the editors will format the papers in accordance with the requirements of the editors and the paper will be published in the volume proceedings of the Congress with ISBN. Reviewing process: High content quality is of utmost importance. The review and selection process that scientific committee/editors will conduct for the submissions and papers is single review process. Congress organizers/editors agree to uphold the publishing ethics standards. Publication Ethics and Publication Malpractice Statement is based, in large part, on existing Elsevier policies and COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors. Publication ethics: The prevention of publication malpractice is the responsibility of every author, editor, reviewer, publisher and institution. The relevant duties and expectations of editors, reviewers and authors of the proceedings are set out in the PUBLICATION ETHICS section. Articles will be checked in a plagiarism tool and that any ethical misconduct will be considered very seriously. The benefits of attending are considerable for established academics and new scientists alike.
