Registration

For submitting the paper(s), the authors should use the EasyChair platform.

Official language of the Congress is Romanian and English.

Abstracts should be prepared in English, no more than 300 words. Each author cannot send more than two abstracts, only with the payment of other registration fee. All accepted abstracts will be published in a volume. Papers can be accepted for oral or poster presentation. All papers will be published in electronic format.

The most representative papers will be published into the Mining Revue and the Annals of University of Petrosani, which are in course of evaluation for being introduced into SCOPUS database. 

REGISTRATION FEE

The standard conference fee for author or coauthor: 300 euro

The fee covers the following costs: publication of the paper in the periodicals of the University of Petrosani, congress materials, attendance at opening ceremony, plenary lectures and parallel sessions, participation to lunch, gala dinner, coffee brakes and field trip

Accompanying person: 150 euro/person (this will cover the costs related to: attendance at opening ceremony, plenary lectures, and parallel sessions, participation to welcome cocktail, lunch, gala diner, coffee brakes and field trip)

All fees can be paid in Euro or equivalent in RON at NBR exchange rate

These costs cover the participation of one person

Not included: transportation (except for the field trip) and accommodation costs; costs related to any additional program.

The registration fee must be paid until September 15, 2025
